No one came to inspect my pool before the service man came to clean. He opened a valve that flooded the back yard. He also broke the chlorinater cap. That was 9 days ago. It is leaking water. I am waiting for the "manager" to come and turn the valve on to the vacuum. Service person came on Tuesday and could not do it. Also, the backwash filter, pump basket did not get emptied. Not was the filter cleaned. So, no I am not happy with my pool.
