It is was second service request with My Exterminator and again they did not disappoint. First, they’ve been very responsive to my requests both times, whereas other big companies put me on a waiting list for more than a week. Second, the gentleman is very professional, polite and a specialist in his field. I had a problem with bees and was impressed by how he did his thing with confidence. He took care of the issue which has since disappeared. Third, My exterminator backs their work. If the problem was to persist after the service, they would come back to handle it. Finally, the service cost is very reasonable. I had other big name companies come before and their price scheme ended up costing much more. I fully recommend My Exterminator.
