Not so far. I paid the initial visit cost of $325.00 the representative who came to my home stated that she could not spray the outside of my home due to the rain. She asked me where I am seeing an issue, so I showed her where I was seeing the ants at. She did place some gel down and that is all she was going to do. I then stated I was confused as I was told that the initial visit would be longer as they check the house. She asked if I had a basement which I stated yes. She did end up going to the basement and filling some mice traps and swept off some spider webs. So, far that is all that has been done. She was here for maybe an hour. No one has come back to spray the outside of the house at this time. It has been over a week since the first visit.

I'm sorry your experience hasn't been great so far. We ended up getting some more rain this week as well, which pushed schedules a little bit. You're currently scheduled for the exterior portion of you service for this upcoming Monday and the weather looks great! Your website leads the way to lots of interesting info about this industry. Implied with your "certification" is the fact that you do have all necessary things in order for your work. But I'm still confused about your "proof of liability insurance" statement to share with me. Am I the only client to ask of this? Our condominium board is requesting that I show it to them for your continued service--seems to be a common request of late in our increasingly litigious world.
