Hello.
Wel called because we had carpenter ants and have never had them in our home before in the 20 years we lived here. It’s a bit un settling having un wanted guests, that and the fact our daughter’s wedding was going to be in 3 weeks. Bob came out for the estimate, I found him to be knowledgeable and reassuring when we spoke.
He told me to wait a week to call for a schedule because of the cooler weather, I really appreciated his honesty. I did as instructed, they came out and treated as promised, the frequency of the ants went down by wedding day. Our house was filled with bridesmaids getting their hair and makeup done. That and all the other mayhem that goes along in a house on wedding day, so that was re assuring. We still were getting some ants. I called and spoke to Bob again; they sent out Leaf yesterday and he treated the inside of our home.
I can’t say enough good things about Bob and Leaf, I’m sorry I never met the first technician but I’m happy the way we were treated as a customer.

My recommendation to everyone is not to wait , call right away . I received a call from back within minutes to schedule a free estimate . They are very knowledgeable and professional . They explained everything that they found and how they were going to eliminate the problem , came back right on time did the procedure went over everything and what to expect . Everyone I spoke with just made me feel comfortable that they would solve the issue and keep it from happening again . They know what you’re dealing with is no fun , they’ll help you I’m sure just like they did me .

Overall pretty good. However, technician needs to let office staff they are on property. Technician did not check the trap we have in the main office. Moving forward an appointment needs to be made for service, as we may in the future, have a funeral going on and we cannot allow technician to be on property when/if that occurs. If it helps, 12-pm-2pm is usually a good time.
