Dan did a very thorough job. He arrived in the morning, asked if we had any issues, then proceeded to do treatments for spiders, ants, rodents and I think wasps. Very thorough and I believe our lack of bugs and rodents is a testament to this. E.

Very unhappy with the service during the last two visits out of the 4 included in the service agreement. I will not renew the agreement.

Thank you for the postponed service and quick acknowledgement that the service had previously been paid for even though you billed us again. Kentucky is very easy to work with.

Josh (think that was his name) checked perimeter of house and yard, found one area with a few ants -- treated those areas and a few others for prevention. All around pleasant and efficient guy.

We were pleased with our service yesterday. However, since the ground was too wet, we were told to call again on Monday to re-book in two weeks so the outdoor treatment could be completed. We will phone on Monday to schedule the follow-up appointment.

Friendly knowledgeable service.

Unfortunately, for one reason or another, we have never been at home when the inspection happened and therefore have never had the inside of the house inspected for pests. The last one (we were out of country) I was really hoping to have the inside inspected as we have had issues with bugs in the basement at this time of year since we moved in. We have no idea what kind they are or where they are coming from. I will mention though since we have been back, to date we have not seen any sign of these bugs so I am hoping that whatever was done on the outside of the house has curbed these pests.

Do you come instead de ever to remove spider webs?

We appreciate very much the work Gage has done to keep our home rodent and insect free!
We are saw no evidence of mice this winter although bait trap does show some nibbling. Ali nice not to see spider activity in our home!
Gage did a great job sweeping cobwebs away around outside of our home!

I have had to call and have a few return visits because of spiders in my house. Each time Justin ( I truly hope I have his name right) comes out to do our house, he is so awesome. He is professional and courteous and always does a very thorough job. I am very please with his service.

very disappointing, it never work, bugs are still here. your technician suggested to spray inside the house but we need to vacate the house for a day. We agree to give it a try. We will arrange a day to it when weather permits. We really hopes it will work.

At the 3/4 mark of the contract we signed to have Insight Pest control look after our waspannd ant issues, I am throughkt impressed and satisfied with the results.
We are already budgeting for the service for the next year.

Gage Earl was very well mannered, respectful and friendly. He advised what treatment he was going to do that day, and asked if we wanted him to check with us before he left. I believe he has been by three times since last summer, one being a callback. He does a good job.

Your Technician broke our motion sensor light at the front of our house w his pole, knocked it down, broke the mount and cracked the light housing. Needs to be replaced, plse look into and advise. He took pictures, plse contact me, Doug, 905 580 5474.
