I’m very much on the fence about remaining as your customer! Other than my very first visit, there has been an issue of some kind or another. Upon initially meeting with the sales rep I was left with the understanding that I would have the same technician EVERY time. That has not been the case. I contacted the office and made clear that Vinny had layed out what appeared to be a solid plan. Since that visit I was contacted by a man who was on his way to my home who I NEVER met. Upon me expressing my displeasure, I received a call from Vinny who informed me that he had some sort of issue and he then revamped his rout and came out. Although I was happy that the same tech was coming, it was upsetting yet again! I then (next visit) was assured that would not happen without letting me know. Well I got a call from another man I never met that he was coming this week. When I asked about Vinny, I was told he no longer works for you company. Again, I was not informed, I was at work and asked to reiterate my concerns - which I did not have time to address.
I find communication an issue -particularly that I have taken the time to express my expectations. It is unfortunate.

My lawn was not serviced, tech was supposed to be here Thursday May2nd was ano show, called your office rescheduled Friday May 3 between 11am and 1 pm again no show. Tech called at around 2 pm said he was running late, I then called your office and cancelled, also told the Tech to cancel ,very disappointed with the Pest Bear.

No, Vinnie came on Friday and didn't treat the whole lawn. He left and didn't treat East of the second driveway. He came Saturday and sprayed and left. He didn't spend much time treating the weeds in front of the East yard in front of the bushes, we call them Hedgezilla, because they are big. I paid for two treatments. I only observed one on the 29th of March. None of the weeds have deteriorated and the lawn looks much worse since you started two weeks ago.

I have had the service for a couple of months and have not seen much of an improvement. I still see weeds and my lawn (front yard) is yellow compared to my neighbors green lawn.

Lawn still covered in weeds. Treated 3/19. We will wait out the month. Then we were told to be present for the first treatment on 3/19 and to give the tech a check for the first treatment. Today (4/1) we received a bill in the mail for the treatment. Pest Bear cashed our check 3/21.

I do not recommend this service. I still have bugs in my new home. The tech came with a can of bug spray and give just minimal squirts in a few places a month ago. He was in a big rush to get to his next appointment. I called to complain and cancel future service. Customer service was unsatisfactory they wanted to send someone else out to respray! I don’t want to give them another chance… My first experience was sub par … There are many other pest control places who do it right the first time! They have excellent techs, product and customer service.

Re-sod yard in the month of 3/23,had the best yard in the neighborhood and you can ask all the neighbors, yard guys,landscaper,and the PR sod company.I notice after the first treatment from pest bear a lot of mushrooms ,ask my,they said this happen with new sod then into the next month notice round dead spot s though out the new sod then the grass was turning yellow and brown,all of these conditions were reported by calling customer sevices also showing the problems to services tech! They said would treat the problems, grass getting worse, called again supervisor check the and said its needs a iron boost, waited over a week to see if they will show up than called ask them why as it been over a week to get my services that a supervisor said will be done right way,now let go back if the company services technician can not see a problem starting to happen or they do not know how to solve this problem they should of reported to someone that could,the customer hopes the company will take care of issues before it is to late!!! Stay away from this company !!!now I have to re-sod my yard again.I can not say how I really feel!!!!!!!!
