GABRIEL AND HIS CREW WERE ABLE TO ACCOMODATE US IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT, CLEAN IN THEIR WORK, AND ATTENTIVE TO DETAIL. THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE SURE WE WERE SATISFIED WITH THE JOB. ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED. WE WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEIR TILE OR THEIR FLOORS. THE RE-NU TILE AND GROUT RESTORATION COMPANY IS PROFESSIONAL, DEPENDABLE, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.

Overall, the guys did a good job, but we need you to add grout along the top side of one of the tiles that was loose and required re-attachment. It appears to have been missed.

If you would have called and told us this we would have gladly returned. This was a shower restoration and when we got started we noticed three loose tiles. We repaired them and regrouted the area. The grout must have settled in that area. I called you to make this right. No response or answering machine. I will attempt to contact you again. |
