Service is great, the technicians are knowledgeable and friendly as is the staff (Susie). I would give it five stars if the answering system was more user friendly. Contacting the company is more pleasant if you get a person and do not have to leave a message on the machine.

We are on a regular schedule with Sound Pest Control. There is a persistent ant problem in this area. Sound Pest Control always notifies us before they come, the outside treatments typically address the problem, and--when needed--a targeted inside treatment has been possible. The technicians are knowledgeable and helpful. The treatment aligns with ant behavior (not on-the-spot kill). The ants take the toxic substance back to the nest. We recommend this company.

The people that come to our home are kind and courteous and informative. However, the appointment staff are a bit pushy and wanting you to elect Service monthly. I don’t believe that’s necessary in most residential
cases. We do every other month and we could probably get by with quarterly once we get things under control!
