It is much too early to rate my Truly Nolan service. We have had only one session. Time will tell. I am concerned about the little spiders/webs that attach to our pool cage. They are still there.

Dalton came today to do rodent inspection, mainly in the attic. He visually inspected the places that have been closed up around the roof. He's a very polite, nice young man and did a good job. I have used Truly Nolen for all my pest needs for over 30 years.

I spent $999.00 for 1 year. You guys did a great job of coming out every 2 days for the first 2 weeks looking in my attic. Now you tell me, you're done coming and checking. I really feel you should be checking on my attic once a week or every other week for a few months. I'm not happy! Debbie Dacey.

Your guy was ok. Informed me you do not take care of mouse problems. I pay you almost $400 and you don’t cover that. Very disappointing. I’m going to look elsewhere for services!

I needed someone right away to deal with a major ant intrusion. Truly Nolen got me scheduled for service within two days (after some issues mentioned below). The technician was on time, pleasant and explained the process as he went through it to bait, trap, and kill the ants. I have been with Truly Nolen for 29 years for interior service and am very satisfied with the technician’s work.

I would have selected excellent rating but the scheduling department is not the best. When I called, I spoke with a person that did not speak good English. I had to keep asking him to slow down and repeat himself. During this first call I got put on hold and then lost the connection. I called back and the second scheduler, also with limited English skills, helped finish getting everything set up. Truly Nolen really needs to do something about this. I know I am not the only one experiencing this language barrier issue. I called them several months ago and had the same language problem. It is very frustrating when the scheduler and I cannot understand each other. Why can’t customers just call just a local English speaking office. Why send us to a third party in another country that has a problem speaking American English? This is no way to run a business.
