Experience has been one of total frustration. Total lack of communication and follow through. I signed a contract for gutter replacement more than 3 weeks ago with the promise that work would start the following week. Three weeks later, no work has been performed...no communication...no returned calls. Absolutely terrible experience.

Two months ago, told company to take me off of the scheduled monthly occupancy and you didn’t. I even told the spray man not to service my house and take me off of the monthly schedule and you didn’t! Your company even deducted money from my debt account without my permission. Do I have to report your company to the Better Business Bureau with a negative report?

I have terminix for years. The last guy out that did my annual inspection decided to put screws in my crawlspace cover when there were bolts there to put it back in place. Not only did he not ask before damaging my property, he stripped the screws and now I can not get under my house. OF COURSE I CAN'T GET TERMINEX TO ANSWER THE PHONE!

Terminix does a great job with Termite Bait Traps. They are highly effective in preventing termite infestation. I would recommend that Terminix provide a customer report on what was discovered when the Bait Traps are swapped out.

No, the job was not done correctly. Also things were told to me before signing the contract which were not true. Also, the job has to be Retaped and my time is as valuable as your. This is so unprofessional.

The technician service is worth 4.5 stars, My problems is with getting the report back from you so I can pass it onto my finance company, I was told it was sent to klinesty@aol.com on Friday Nov 15th. I called to day to say I haven't received it yet as of Tuesday Nov 19th. I was told they would email another copy to klinesty@aol.com, as of this minute I have not receive anything. I need that report to go further with my Refi.

I’ve let a text message with Mr. Credle (inspector) to replace the cover on one of the traps but has not responded yet. Same as before with the spots under crawl space (took months to respond- spraying under the crawl space is done - 30-45 minutes job for over 2k). Hope the trap cover can be replace soon. Waiting.
