They did the work, but neither my realtor nor I was contacted ahead of them showing up. Furthermore, I did not receive the inspection report until after negotiations with the seller had concluded. Inspection reports should be emailed out the same day. Overall, I'm very displeased.

All appointments for WDI inspections are scheduled, typically by the realtor. You as the buyer were also notified as to when we were going to the property since you had called in prior to make payment arrangements. The inspection/report typically gets emailed the same day. Thank you for the compliment. However, follow-up services are recommended because one treatment is not always effective 100% due to the conditions/conducive of the property, and the fast breeding of rodents. Follow-up services are recommended because we change bait, we adjust placement of materials. Rodents are shy of new things placed in their environment after infestation has taken place.
