In my office building all work was performed as stated in the contract, plus a text with photos if something comes up. Usually does. Its good working with Michael and more happy tenants in the future.

Terrible service. We have been asking for a fog for months and our tech will not do it. We have German roaches and the problem persist and your company has done nothing about it. If it were up to me my company should switch providers.

They get the job done in a perfectional manner.

the trap boxes that they leave on the floor are not effective. Roaches are still everywhere. please use a more effective process to eliminate pests.

We have service from you at two of our buildings under two separate account numbers. Your technician stopped coming to one of our buildings and we were not notified as to the reason why. We called to find out why and were informed that our service was terminated without any notice. This is the second time that this occurred without any notice.

Overall, there is no communication from Truly Nolen and we have no local contact person to reach out to. The customer service from Truly Nolen is horrible.

its been 2 months since you dont come in the office and change the bug traps, they are disgusting now.
We are having some bugs in the building, but since you dont come in, we cant let you know.

I have been waiting for a new contract stating that we are taking over as new ownership and I was told that someone would get back to me with what was need back on 09/24/2021 and 10/04/2021 when I called and I have yet to receive anything or a phone call.

Not very good honestly - not sure why it takes over two weeks to get a very minor easy service call completed - very disappointed in last service request!!

Billing Department is terrible. I have had problems getting our invoices since July 2020. So many attempt have been made to rectify with you AR department to no avail.

Our technician is awesome! Always smiling, knowledgeable, and helpful.
