did not know you had moved and changed ownership since I last used your service, but all was still excellent and timely as always before. I hope Dave will always be available - he's the absolute best of any of the service providers you have ever sent to my home. I thought it a bit odd but not a problem that you now seem to require payment at time appointment is booked rather than at time of service - that just seems a bit of a strange way to do business but is okay if necessary.

The technician treated all areas of my home. Very friendly and thorough. A couple days later I noticed ants in my kitchen area, called to schedule for them to come back and they came that same day. Very satisfied with the service! Days later I have not seen anymore ants.

He was very professional and asked what problems we were having. He sprayed thoroughly inside and out. Our service was done yesterday so I hope it gets rid of our spider problem!!
