I can't speak on the effectiveness of them yet as I just started services but customer service was great and the technician (Drew) was great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I was very impressed with the information Shannon shared with me about things she noticed about our home that weren't right. She explained the weepholes were missing screen materials and that we had a vent level with the ground that was allowing water to enter the crawl space. She also let me know that our crawl space vents were not sealed and what I needed to do to fix them.
Stephan came and dug the trench around our home and added the liquid Termidor. Then, he covered the trench and added Termidor to the top of our porch by drilling holes and then filling them. He did an outstanding job of explaining what he was doing. I will definitely keep using The Bug Man. Great employees.

did not know you had moved and changed ownership since I last used your service, but all was still excellent and timely as always before. I hope Dave will always be available - he's the absolute best of any of the service providers you have ever sent to my home. I thought it a bit odd but not a problem that you now seem to require payment at time appointment is booked rather than at time of service - that just seems a bit of a strange way to do business but is okay if necessary.
