Bryan Jacobs showed up atthe scheduled time, explained clearly what he would be doing and answered my questions clearly, and did a very professional job in destroying the Yellow Jacket ground nest and Yellow Jackets, and none returned. Great job!!! I've always been very pleased with The Bug Man.

We ditched Moxie and were looking around for a new pest control company. First impression was great. You guys were here exactly when you said you would be, communication was good, the tech that showed up was knowledgeable and we talked about normal problems. He treated the property and made decisions based on issues our neighbors were also having. Overall our first impression is very positive.

We been customers a long time and will be.I do have a problem wit the termite control we for years each year we got a notice to refile our service contract at 75$ to 100$.some years back we stoped getting notice to renew now the price has gone very high with short notice I hope I get better service if there are changes my tech is out standing and hope to keep him.
