Modern Pest Control came out to do a spraying for ants in my cellar. The deal was they would do one spraying and then come back in eight weeks to do a follow up spraying. The gentlemen who came was very pleasant and helpful. The problem came when I tried to set up the follow up. Whoever was assigned to come out never showed. I took the whole day from work and when the man never showed I contacted the company who said the man had been out to do the job. I assured them he had not but from that point on the company would never return messages left.

It's been close to a week since the application of "dust" was made to annihilate a large cropping of bees nesting in a stone wall. They are still there doing their thing with the same vigor they had before last Friday's treatment. Your timetable was a week and we're almost there (Today is Wednesday). What's next??

Angel does a phenomenal job. He is on time, friendly, and very professional. Our basement spaces are not easy to access but he just jumps right in. Our mouse problem has grown since the last time he was here and without me having to ask he cleaned everything up, put down more traps, and said he'd come back in two weeks. Please give that man a raise.

Jim Owen was my Technician. He provided my pest control service on Thursday November 10, 2021. He was excellent. Thorough and professional in examining and rebaiting my 25 interior and 3 exterior stations. I went with him to help him locate some of the interior stations that were tucked away in various "scary" basement crawl spaces. Throughout the service, Jim explained what he found and what his activity mitigation service would be. Again, Jim was excellent.
