service man sprayed for ants in kitchen area and told us he was going to spray all around the perimeter and crawl space when finished. After he sprayed the kitchen we told him this is a rental unit and guests are constantly complaining about spiders, gnats outside and little ants inside. After he sprayed the kitchen we expected to see him outside spraying the perimeter, but within minutes he was gone.

Repairman did not give name when he arrived, Did his work then left without telling me he was finished or giving me a report on work. The work was on the roof and there is no way for me to see it. I would have appreciated a photo or two. The job was ridge vent exclusion and was expensive.

I will NEVER use or recommend Terminex to anyone. A VA loan requires a moisture inspection & an appraisal. The appraisal was performed 2 days before the $1700 required new moisture barrier was installed. Providing pictures & videos of the condition & entirety of my crawlspace. A space, I had also inspected myself. I'm not in the business of lawsuits or making people lose their jobs. So, I'll just say, the before pictures, are greatly different from the afters, in a bad way. Goodbye Forever Terminex.

I had a technician come out to treat for german roaches in my home. I’m not trying to complain, just wanted to let someone know…first, he rang the bell and he arrived earlier than scheduled so I had to get my child and I together quickly to answer the door. I was able to answer the door and he had almost driven off! Would’ve appreciated a phone call just to check that someone was home instead of just driving away. Second, I have no idea what the tech’s name was! I wish that I did. Honestly, I would not want him to service my home again :( I’ve had a great experience with Terminix so far with Brandon who did our inspection as he was friendly and thorough! However I was less than pleased with this experience…also I still have unanswered questions. Do I schedule my next spraying or is it already done and if so, when? Do I call if I still see roaches? When can I expect to see improvement?

Great people! We have an ant problem and were going to be out of town for 2 weeks and the manager made time to come do a last minute service himself!
