I wasn't not home but my wife said Rick was extremely nice and friendly. My neighbor text me that he saw them doing a very detailed job. In a few hours I already saw dead bugs outside of my house. We will know more in a week on how well the total service truly worked. I gave a 7 out of 10 because it's to early to know if I will recommend this service to my neighbors yet.

Josh, our technician specialist, and the staff at Absolute Pest Control were right on top of everything from the start!! They truly cared and wanted to help out with our situation.

Follow up calls, confirmation calls and "transit" calls from Josh along with APC office emails continually kept us in the loop by reminding us of upcoming visits. Josh always called ahead to give us a heads up of his approximate arrival time even though there was a 2 hour leeway.

Josh was very knowledgeable, personable, honest and always prompt. He left the work areas cleaned and in order. He left no questioned unanswered and worked efficiently. Everything was done in a very calm and orderly fashion which made us confident that the work was going to be done right. Josh took the time to call us later in the evening after our appointment to remind us of something we needed to do that evening. Thank goodness he did!!

We can't say enough wonderful things about Josh and Absolute Pest Control and highly recommend them.

Ed was great and talked me through why and where these bugs go and how they get into the apartment. Very informative. This guy is an asset. Also, as my tenant upstairs wasn't home and preferred to be while doing the treatment. Ed suggest that we can come back next week and do the treatment without any additional charge. Thanks!

We called for carpenter ants and had a technician come the next day. Our technician was knowledgeable and took his time spraying our property and showing us problem spots. Would definitely recommend Absolute Pest to anyone with a pest control issue.

Technician was honest and very informative. Didn't try to sell me something I didn't need yet. I did use Absolute Pest Control in my other house a few years ago and will definitely use them in this house when, and if, it becomes necessary.

Have been using APC for about 6 years now and find them both reliable and the cost is reasonable. I have them spray for bees and if I notice any bee activity any time in the season they come right out and take care of them. I called them because I saw a skunk go under my shed and didn't want a skunk living so close since I have a cat that goes out doors. They came right away and that first night they did catch a skunk. I would recommend APC to anyone with a pest problem.

I found Absolute Pest Control on internet and could not be happier! I had an immediate issue of a yellow jacket nest in my shed and they answered my call on a Sunday and came the next day to take care of that as well as a full home inspection and quarterly service. Very professional and very responsive! Highly recommend.
