Doug, did the termite system. He was excellent. However, the other technician (Butch) who did the spraying of the inside, did not remove old glue traps. I couldn't even tell that he had been inside. I had to take a call in the basement, so I wasn't able to verify his work. The guys who did the installation covered for him by putting down new glue traps. The guys who did the installation were great, but the clean up process was a mess. They did vacuum a few times, but there was so much debris and dust on the walls and stairwell after they left, we found ourselves cleaning up for 3 days.

Your inspector, tech staff and communication as to services needed was very professional and prompt. Tech staff were considerate and cleaned all necessary prep work. However, the problem was NOT solved due to not completely covering all entrances to the attic or now the return of the racoons. I was disappointed that I had to pay yet another fee for the traps after I paid $10.400 for the prior service. Still waiting to catch the animals and will not pay any additional fee if more than 10 days is required. Would like to have a complete mesh covering installed to prevent future entrances.Cannot provide rating until problem is solved.

The gentleman that treated my home yesterday was very professional, however, he wasn't provided with what was supposed to treated by your company which I found odd. I shared what the phone representative shared with me about the treatmetn plan I agreed to.

Today I found ants in my kitchen, but I am assuming the treatment plan may take a day or to disseminate in my home?

The smell of the chemicals permeated the house for over a day. We blocked off and had to stay upstairs. It was absolutely horrible! Even outside of the house had very, very strong chemical odor after 12 hours. There is definitely a problem with either use of a new chemical or very serious over application. I called Paramont and was told there were no change in the chemicals used. Yesterday I read that deltamethine was used. I do not have access to previous reports to compare with. My wife is very, very upset and would appreciate a call from management with an explanation 540-822-5092.

The level of service is coming down. Machine was not working 2 times you were here, and had to come back a third time for the mosquito and tick control. Pests are increasingly being seen inside the house and we can not get someone to come in for adhoc service in a timely manner anymore.

I have just as many spiders as when I didn’t use your yearly service. My house is covered in spiders. My neighbors adjoining townhomes that use different company have no spiders are their home.
