Happy with the servise.

Termio Pest Control is a SCAM. There is no other way to say this. When you purchase a house, Termio uses publicly available information to send you a letter saying you have existing termite coverage through them. You have NEVER signed up with them before and they just "start" the coverage on your behalf without your permission. The specific wording they use is "This property has termite coverage with Termio, LLC through (insert date here)." This is 100% a scam. They are trying to trick you into signing up with them for termite service. This is NOT how a business should be run. I know for a fact that I have never talked with them about pest control, nor did the previous owners of the house. I know this because I have termite service through my closing from the previous owners with proper receipt and documentation. There are 4 other complaints on BBB against this company for this mailing scam and they're still doing it. Look at the photo I attached and tell me how this is NOT a scam if I've never signed up or ever spoke with them? I will keep working to bring light to their scam. I have time.
