Disappointed in several ways (1) only 1-2 Installers could speak good English; (2) can not blame them for job being more than 2 days because of the Heat BUT some more informing of stages instead of ' we come back tomorrow ' ; (3) could not understand our complaint of ' how did water get on floor in attic ?, simply said ' we did not do it ' when my A/C man determined they seperated a pipe causing condensation to overflow, and (4) when I asked if they sealed entry where birds got in, they said ' call Office '.

The problem I have is that no one ever calls to tell me when someone will be coming out to
do what they do. As a result I get a bill for $80.00 dollars for them to look at the front
of my house. They cannot do the back because I have a locked gate. So maybe someone in the
future can call me @ 7034098970 preferably around one oclock in the afternoon to set up a
date and time for them to come out. Thank you for listening to my ranting.

The employees at the Manassas, VA branch are top notch. They are polite, caring and are very hard workers. Recently, Virgil, Jerome and John have been at our house; they always go the extra mile to deliver great service. I believe Darren is still a supervisor or a manager and he provides excellent service also. The ladies who schedule the work or have taken my calls are polite and understanding. I am not happy about your service. Your service personnel show up unannounced and perform whatever service they want to do and then leave. This recent service was done without my knowledge or approval.

I request that the service come back and do their service in my presence.

I have all of my pest services through Home Paramount. I did this thinking it would be easiest to have all in one place. Not true. Home Paramount's services all work independently, so the billing and scheduling is all confusing. Some things can be paid automatically, others cannot and their website does nothing to help sort out the confusion. Their services are only as good as the rep providing the service. Sometimes it's good, other times, not so much. If you let them inside your house, they try to sell you on new insulation and a whole host of other products and services. They don't make you feel like they are being helpful, they are kind of pushy and at times shady. The reason I give them a 3 is because I think they are as good as any other service out there and I suspect everyone is the same in terms of trying to upsell and service quality based on the individual providing the service. I've had them for over 10 years and have gradually moved all services to them. For all of the inconvenience, it's still better than going to 5 different websites. It just takes a few phone calls to help sort it all out.

animal traps left without food/bait. traps were not reopened Monday as stated in contract leaving days of no likelihood of capturing anything yet firm price with limited number of days.

We have two accounts, one at 105 Pony Express, Louisburg, NC and one in Virginia. I cancelled my recent service visit in NC, because I wasn't going to be there and someone still came and I got a bill, so I wasn't very pleased with the service. In Virginia, service was supposed to be on the 17th. I was home all day and I never heard the doorbell or a knock, but later found the card on the front door. Very strange. Maybe a phone call should have been a good idea.

We are happy with the quarterly service. The annual termite inspection has been a major problem. They did the outside inspection at the end/beginning of 2021. The inside inspection has been scheduled on 4 different days, all no shows by Home P, the last being yesterday morning. No calls, no follow up--just don't show up. We are considering changing service due to the inconvenience.

All staff is very responsive. This includes office personnel, inspectors and technicians. It is comforting to know when you have a rodent or pest problem, they are there for you.
