The staffs are very nice and friendly when you call them they always return phone calls.

Disappointed for the first time in 30 years . Worker said he rang our bell to come in to spray for ants. Not true we were home all day. Our door bell is extremely loud . He said he sprayed the outside ?? He did come back after we called.and did spray for ants .

I would like to cancel my pest control service and not renew my contract.

After reviewing the service provided over the past year, I do not feel that I am receiving enough value to justify continuing. Most of the treatment was limited to a few areas, and for any minor indoor issues I can handle them myself. If I have a future problem with bees, wasps, or hornets, I will contact a pest control company as needed.

Please confirm that my service has been canceled and that no future renewals or charges will occur.

I gave 4 stars but lately I’ve been a bit frustrated with Bug Runner- this is the 2 nd time no phone notification or door tag left to say they came! In fact my elderly mom is home all day with my dog . She never saw anyone on the day they claimed to have serviced us. My dog never barked as he always barks at Bug Runner because they come on our deck . So I’m not sure if we got a service on 4/21 as no phone call to say technician is on the way . This whole thing makes me not happy , and I’ve called before and asked to not forget to notify me .Not so happy Bug Runner.

I had a very positive experience with Justin. He was professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns.
He explained everything he would be doing. He was very pleasant and friendly.
I felt very confident that all my issues were taken care of when he left.

It's difficult for me to leave a review since there are no signs of your visit. In the past, you've left a note at the door indicating that you were here and no one was home. There was no such note this week. Additionally, I did not receive advance notice of your visit, and did not know to expect you. I have been a satisfied customer for many years, but this season seems to have started on the wrong foot.

Excellent service & knowledgeable staff!

All the workers from the Bug Runner company that have come to my house have been very courteous and polite. They called to give me a notice about when they’re coming and the day they come they call me 10 minutes before they show up. Three years ago, I had a B problem they came back numerous times until they were finally able to solve the B problem, which was deep in a wall.

I was very pleased with the representative who came to take care of our concerns. He was very attentive to our needs and very polite. Great job! Thank you.

All the tech’s who come into my home are very nice and trustworthy. And I definitely have fewer bugs after they visit.
