I've spent probably $3,000 to eradicate bed bugs. I still have some. One is too many. I would have been better off scrapping all of the furniture in my den and buying new furniture. I am very frustrated and at wits end. I'm seriously considering terminating all relations with Terminix and trying to find a company that will resolve my problem. To be fair, I had a bat problem in two houses and Terminix did an excellent job resolving that problem. So far as the bed bug problem is concerned, I honestly feel like I am owed a refund that I could use toward paying someone else to help me.

I still had some fleas after the third trip. The man conducting the spray and was extremely nice. I did not expect to have to pay for the third trip, but it is on my statement. The fleas were not gone and I ended up after three trips, getting a flea bomb to hopefully get rid of the last few.

No disrespect to anyone, but either the chemical that was used to spray my mom‘s house was bad or the employee did not do a good job spraying bugs are still crawling everywhere and we are not seeing any bugs dead also have not had our second week visit from you guys yet.
