When the pest control tech showed up today I was ready to change to another company. I had several issues with changes that I felt like had not been addressed. Justin listened to my concerns and called his office to get clarification for anything he couldn't answer. After having the same tech do our service for several years I was surprised to see someone new. Justin did a great job servicing my home and yard. He made sure I had his number so I wouldn't miss the call to set up my next apt. If new management had been as customer concerned as this employee I would have never had an issue to begin with. Kudos to Justin and I hope y'all appreciate him!

It's ok. I did not appreciate the tech looking over my shoulder to get my bank information to sign me up for automatic payments!!!

So far, I'm very happy with Purcor. Their representatives have given me good and complete service and on time service.
