Service is doing ok for the outside pest control for ants,the technician should be able to note broken termite trap damage and fix them also. When other critters throughout the summer show up they should be able to control them also without additional charges.

Very disappointed with having 4 appointments scheduled and no shows each time. No one contacted me to reschedule, I had to call Paramount. Then when it snowed, they called and said they couldn’t make it, I had no scheduled appointment that day. The 1st appt. Was on Jan. 8. The Insp. Was finally completed on Jan 26. Mr. Rodney was so accommodating and very apologetic for the past no show appt. Finally I’m scheduled for the treatment and at no fault of the technicians they were unable to complete the job. There equipment broke that day after they had all the prep completed. Again, Home Paramount did not contact me to reschedule, I had to call Rodney. He was the only one to get things done. I’m very disappointed and frustrated with Home Paramount and do not think I will renew after all these years. I hope no one even ask for recommendations. You can call me at (410) 924-7355. I also have names of all persons I spoke with and they supposedly scheduled inspections.

Once the technician arrived, we are very happy, however, I placed a call on a Tuesday and was assured a visit on a Wednesday. I was given a confirmation and a technician's name. The appointment time came and went with no phone call that there was a change. When I called back, the operator advised me that the appointment was rescheduled, and I was given a new technicians name. My problem with this, is this was for a property I own that my elderly mother lives in, who is currently recovering from a major surgery. She was unable to rest as she was waiting for a tech that never showed. I was extremely upset about this and was not satisfied with the lack of caring on your companies' behalf. Do better.

Did a great job on neutralizing a very nasty European Hornet Bee nest that was causing several issues around our home during the day and at night. Excellent job that came with a 30 return policy if the issue was not resolved.

I used to be happy with my service but lately my calls have gone ignored. I've left messages to sign up for additional services and even texted one of the gentlemen that typically comes to the house without follow through. A technician also noshowed for the whole 4 hours they were scheduled to come out to get us start up with additional pest services. Unfortunately due to the pest situation worsening, I may need to now switch to a different company.
