I don't ever write reviews but this is well deserved. We thought we signed up for a premium service with premium prices and boy were we bamboozled. If zero stars was an option they would have received zero stars. Terrible attitude, terrible customer service, terrible communication and lots of excuses. There are a lot of other options out there. I can't possibly recommend this company if you want your lawn to look better.

I have been using Turfmaster for the past 27 yrs. Have never been disappointed. They even go beyond their regular duties. I was not aware that I suddenly had a bee formation & they contacted me immediately when they saw it, before it got out of hand. Great service!

everyone from the sales staff to the technicians have been wonderful. Tony was very honest in reviewing the lawn problem and we've decided to try it for 4 months and see if it helps. Richard, our tech, was excellent in keeping in touch with us as to the progress. I know he stopped by to see how things were progressing. We are very impressed with the business model and how much your staff is invested in their jobs.

The staff at TurfMaster are wonderful. The receptionist is professional, efficient and friendly. The staff is knowledgeable, and cares about service. One of my gardenia bushes looked terrible. After Turf Master, it filled out and was blooming even in July! TurfMaster is wonderful,.

Just two weeks out from the first application, too early to leave a review if I am happy with the lawn. As far as the customer service, Tony was the only person that came out to my house to physically look at my grass before giving me a quote. Others just quoted over the phone or internet.

Only had 1 treatment so far, but there hasn't been any change whatsoever. Still have weeds, bugs & brown patches. Brown patches have gotten bigger. I imagine that by the 2nd downpour of July, chemicals were completely washed away. Have to wait for 2nd treatment in Sept. to see if there's any improvement.
