I was not happy with the service. He said he would get rid of the cockroaches. A week after the third and last treatment the roaches were back. He said go on a monthly service or tough luck. When I hired others in the past they got rid of the cockroaches. I don't know why he couldn't, I think was lazy about it.

We are starting our 2nd year with Hope Pest Solutions after several years with the ‘leading competitor’. I’m especially susceptible to mosquito bites - I will get biten when no one else is being bothered by them. We believe the products used by HPS are more effective and LESS EXPENSIVE than their competitors and the customer service is great. When the weather isn’t conducive during our scheduled service, we get a courtesy call to let us know that the service will be rescheduled or they will come back out to retreat. With indications of a bad mosquito season this year, I’m counting on HPS so that I can enjoy my outdoor space.
