As a Midwestern, I was horrified to see the size and weird species of bugs in Texas. Never needed pest control in Michigan. The norm was to scream and run when I first moved here. I could not ask for a better pest control provider than Ecoguardian. Techs are knowledgeable and always do a good job finding fire ant hills and hornet nest. I haven't seen a large snake in over a year thanks to the snake repellant. The price is reasonable. I can find cheaper but I rather go with quality. I can go to bed at night without worrying about what could be crawling about and I can enjoy being in my yard.

I have been a customer well over a year. EcoGuardian will be my pest control company for life. I have never had a company that is so interested in what I want and need. They use the safest products available to service your needs hence the name EcoGuardian. When you call the office they treat you like family and when the technician comes out to service you he treats your home like his. You can't ask for anything better than that!

Ecoguardian staff were always courteous and very responsive to our needs. Our concerns were addressed irregardless of the types of pests resident on our property.

I allowed the young man from Ecoguardian who knocked at my door to provide me a trial service and I stated sure why not he was going to add in the Yard. I informed him that I was in contract with Hometeam who has handled our service from day 1. The young man guaranteed there was no contract Just try due to some ants in the yard. This company continues to bill me a cancellation fee as well as for srv I have not reiceved. I have spoken to the manager and explained I DO NOT need 2 providers and I was clearly told there was not a contract involved. I was lied to and it's sad a company has to exercise such practices. I will continue to fight this unethical company. Please make sure YOU don't get bamboozeld like we did.

It was great choice to have local company. I would recommend Ecoguardian pest Control service to everyone.

We for some reason had a flash of black widows which immediately caused us to call the exterminator. Ecoguardian came out and killed 18 spiders in a single trip, when I found any other spiders or bug I'd call them out and no questions asked come to respray. They are a great company with customers at their main focus.

Ecoguardian has done an excellent job of eradicating an outdoor roach problem we had (they were coming in). The staff is very friendly and easy going to talk to, and to work with. They will do as little or as much exterminating as you want. I highly recommend them!

These guys are the real deal. Our house is in the middle of new development all around us in Heath, TX with bugs/spiders/critters everywhere. Since using EcoGuardian bugs have all but vanished inside and around the house, our grass feels safe for our kid to walk barefoot on, and the service we get is nothing short of incredible. On the recommendation of a friend, I called Ecoguardian and spoke with Kevin explaining some of my concerns regarding roach treatment in an apartment, with my cats. He assured me that there would be no problem. We subsequently scheduled an appointment with Juavier. He gave a courtesy call and arrived promptly. He was very courteous, efficient and knowlegable. After the treatment my cats were fine and my husband commented that this is the first time that after a treatment there was absolutely no residual insecticide odor. He explained that they would need to return in 2-3 weeks to retreat to interrupt the life cycle and then we would be on an every 3 month treatment schedule. Their appointment schedule is very flexible as Juavier arrived about 5:10 on a Friday afternoon. The office called me on Monday to schedule the follow-up and she answered some questions I had after the treatment. I highly recommend Ecoguardian as they are reasonable, prompt, courteous and the best part is "dead roaches" everywhere when I got up Saturday morning. We still are seeing sluggish and live roaches but that is to be expected since we have to clean out other areas to spray and we have only had one treatment but I am sold on this company.

We have used this company and their former one for 6 yrs-not a single problem. Rates are always competitive, and service is excellent. On the rare occasion I do have a problem, they are quick to retreat.
