We still have spider almost every where your employee install the powder

I am not very happy with the result I will cancel the contract.

Still too early to know if the first treatment was effective, however, I was told that all the spider nests and eggs would be removed prior to applying the treatment, there are still many nests visible, especially around the door frame.
We’ll see you in about 10 days if that has an impact on the results.

The seller showed to me many places around my house where it needed to be protect agains the ants. He was nice and polite too. The technicien didn't do exactly what the seller told me. The technicien was polite and respectful, he explained to me what he was going to do, he worked quickly.

For my first treatment, the technicians Ethan and trainee Youssef arrived on time, in fact, several minutes before the scheduled time. They spent the time explaining what they would do and answered all my questions. Given that it rained, and I did not want to skip a treatment that requires dry foundations, they suggested me to call the office for planning a follow-up to be done in the next few days. I did phone and a service visit was scheduled quickly. Again, Ethan applied the treatment and even invited me to follow and indicate him any special sensitive area to be treated. So far, I am very impressed with the service. If the efficiency of the treatments is as good as the technicians and customer service, then my house is in good hands! So far, I certainly don’t regret my decision to buy a one-year residential pest control service.

The technician did a good job.

Justin K did a great job and was very thorough. This was a 2nd visit after our first service, which was actually pretty bad- we had more bugs in the house than before and even a mouse. I won’t name names but the first technician was only here for about 10 minutes. But very happy with the attention to detail that Justin provided and for explaining all of the work he did at the end of the visit.

Very good visit from Technician Mr. Stanley Joseph, he patiently and expertly treated for insects, and rodents. Moreover, he removed two wasp nests. I appreciated him spraying extra spots that were especially problematic. He treated plumbing areas in kitchen and bathrooms as well. I highly recommend their services, and manager Ariane has been very helpful too!
