Over all I was happy with the visit. The workers are always very friendly, helpful and I had never an issue.
Unfortunately this time the worker went to my garden and never closed the gate behind him… we have a dog who ran away the same day… Very upsetting day for me an my family.

The technician was really professional and understands my concern. I was a bit disappointed that it’s been a few months that my situation wasn’t changed. He was being pro active and added more trap in every corner of my house. Suggested to do liquid extermination if the problem is not solved yet. Le nom du technicien était Charles Joseph. Il s'est présenté au rendez-vous à l'heure, a été courtois, efficace et a fourni des explications en réponse à mes questions. Il a même dû utiliser une pelle afin de pouvoir accéder aux deux trappes à rongeurs situées à l'extérieur de la maison, lesquelles étaient inaccessibles puisqu'elles étaient enfouies sous la neige.
