The service was excellent and the staff.

Poor customer service from the commercial team: 1) Miscommunication, 2)Technicians want to do the service their own way, not what the customer has requested, and they complain in front of the customer when the situation needs to be addressed.3) Managers call you after you submit the cancellation notice, not during the actual problem or right after.

Jose Star is a Rockstar! I used to do pest control and meeting with Jose he knew exactly what I needed and got it done, I have had to have him come out a couple times and each time he's taken care of everything I asked.

So far everything going well. We are new clients. Very happy so far with the service.

We had a great experience! We had seen a few rats in the yard but it turned out to be a major infestation. Our tech James came on short notice and put us all at ease with his professional demeanor and knowledge of all things rodent. He got right to work the next day and although the eradication is still a work in progress, James has been checking back regularly. Very pleased.
