We love Hampton Roads Pest Control. We've been using them for more than 10 years and only experienced great service, successful partnerships and our home is better for it.

We have their service for a year now and despite some dehumidifiers not initially working, we have had good service - the dehumidifiers were replaced for us at no cost to us and have worked fine since.

I have been a customer for years. They provide service at two properties for me. They are consistent in terms of scheduling, billing, and price. At my residence, they only treat the yard and the bugs and spiders stay out of the house! Had I known how well treating the yard would work, I would have hired them years before I did.

I’ve been using Hampton Roads Termite for years, and they never disappoint! They are always professional, courteous, quick to respond, and they do an excellent job. Highly recommend this company.

So far, honestly, not thrilled. I signed up for termite repair and rodent treatment. I had to call and schedule because no one contacted me. Then, the gentleman who showed up for rodent treatment showed up w/o proper materials. When he did return the next day, was thirty minutes past the agreed time with no text or call that he was on his way (which I had requested). I've now been told three different things about the rodent treatment, about what could be done and the consequences to my pets, which is my highest priority. Then, after the treatment visit, the entrance to the crawlspace, which is in my garage, was not secured and the wood door that has screws fell on the car in the garage. No damage, but not professional. Also, was told that he needed to collect for the treatment and left without it.

Very happy customer. Technician let me know that he was running a few minutes late, and when he arrived he got straight to work. Did termite inspection and reported back all the details to me. Very professional. A+++ service with a smile.

HRTP has been servicing my home and condo for many years, and I am very happy with their services. I also appreciate that the same service tech comes for each visit. Paul has been my service tech for a long time and he is great! It's like having a good friend come to my home to do my pest control treatments. I highly recommend HRTP for all your termite and pest needs.

Misty at HRTPC is a sweetheart. She is always patient, polite, and respectful. Mr. Bess was also respectful when I spoke to him. We have been with HRTPC since spring of 2016, when we found termite scouts in our home. We have never had any known issue with them or their service until our recent purchase in suffolk. Our issues have been with the guys who actually come back to do the work. First they knocked one of our AC ducts loose and it was dangling there, right next to the crawl space door for more than a week, leaking our AC into the crawl space and out that door. Then, they drilled numerous holes into our concrete front porch without discussing with us first, and left the holes open and the porch covered with dirt. Third I had paid $250 to have our crawl space access points to the enterior of our home, sealed to block rodents from entering our house. We have a bad mouse problem and I specifically stated that I didn't just want my crawl space secured from the outside but I wanted all holes and gaps and access points from inside the crawl space into my house sealed. Well, there were huge holes under each of the two tubs, so bad that the humidity was coming up into my linen closets and making the linens damp. Naturally rats and mice can get up there too then. I had to pitch a fit and speak to Tim Bess directly and then finally they came back out. They sprayed the front porch and made it worse then it was before. They did fix the duct but the crawl space door was more than an inch off the ground and they fixed one tub but not the other. I had to call again and leave a voice mail expressing how upset I was. They then came out again and finally cleaned and painted the front porch so that the dirt was gone and the holes were filled and red like the porch. They then got paint on my vinyl trim. Ronnie came out and cleaned that off. They never did fill the hole under the second tub and the crawl space door is not secured and mice and rats can easily get in and around that door. I want to emphasize that effort was made to rectify the issues but the guys who are boots on the ground doing the grunt work really don't seem to care about the quality of their work. I realize it is hot and dirty work, but it's their line of work and it is what it is. I am very sad to say it but we will no longer use HRTPC for our crawl space and pest needs and this is after using them for 4 Termite and moisture inspections and having them for our termite and pest control at our previous home since 2016. When you are receiving services for an area of your home that you cannot see you absolutely must be able to trust the persons performing the service since you can't really go behind them and check. My husband and I no longer have trust in the work being done and so I regret that we will no longer be using HRTPC for our crawl space and pest needs. I do wish them all the best in the future.
