Good morning the first representative they came to my home to all of the package in my opinion. Did a up charge on your prices of 275 when I compare prices with other companies he said he would go down to 175 because he felt like I was in a financial buying type of situation, which was not the case I just didn’t want to spend 275 or something. Everybody else is doing for a cheaper price so I went for it at the 175 now as far as the examiner they came out. He was awesome. Had a lot of knowledge about the different type of rots was real respectful and kind. I appreciated his customer service. Thank you.

I requested copy of my receipt send to my address before I start the service because I don't have a printer at home yet a month had passed, even after a couple of reminders, I still don't have my receipt needed for tax purposes. As an elderly customer I could not inspect the service (vapor barrier) that was provided by Terminix. I was not offered any pictures to verify what had been done. I have no idea if I'm satisfied or not. I am unable to physically get into the crawl space which means I don't know what exactly was done.

The actual service of removing the bird out of the vent was okay. He almost left before he got the 2nd bird out. Where I have the issue was in the guy coming out to give the estimate. He was not professional, he walked all through my wife’s flower bed. But the biggest thing is he kept telling me that the service would be 260$ but at the end where I had to sign it said 285$. He wasn’t going to tell me that as he just kept trying to get me to sign. I brought it up to him and his response was “ oh I’m sorry I’ll change it”. They are just out here upcharging just to upcharge. I will not be using this company anymore.

Eric our normal tech was not able to come do our service on 5/8/25. The young man that did come was ok but did not do the job that Eric always does for us. Jason called to let me know he will reschedule our inspections for moisture under the house and our normal pest control treatment because Eric was out sick that day. The young man that came did not leave me any paperwork or do half of the outside treatments that Eric always does. It is hard to beat the best unless you learn and do all the company's work expectations. Thank you Jason for going to reschedule our appointment from 5/8/25. Great follow up from Jason to make sure customer is happy and satisfied with Terminix's service. Changing our star rating from Average to Excellent due to Jason.
