Our technician, Wesley Moore, was the best and most courteous tech we have experienced in quite a while. He wore booties while in our home without being asked and was very cautious when he sprayed the perimeter of the rooms being treated. His exterior work was also very thorough. I like the rep. I need more of a notice when they plan to come. Yesterday I was not feeling well so will have to reschedule the indoor service. I received only a few minutes notice he was coming and had not checked my phone prior to know that he was "early." I did not know he was coming. I noticed the truck outside and went around back to talk with him.
Happened before when I was not home and they came without notice. Would like a text and to schedule so I am prepared.

All of my visits are to be confirmed and scheduled in advance with a call to me or a confirmation from me if I call you to return a message. This has been right on my account and every work order for years. Your guy just showed up (not his fault, he is not in scheduling). If he had come the week prior, both parents were recovering from communicable illness and would have refused service but your timing just worked out because I was working from home. Additionally, managers are not managing customer service. On multiple questions a question of services coverage or additional services never even resulted in a phone call. Don't quite know how you all stay in business, except maybe being a little cheaper than some competitors. Please clean house and improved your customer focus!

Your scheduling is atrocious. 2 days notice and the technician had so many appointments throughout the are that he was over an hour late. He called to advise us of the delay but your back office needs help.
