It is so refreshing to work with a company that really cares about their customers~ From the first employee who immediately picks up the phone, through the booking process, and the eventual on-site extermination, Purcor is one of the only residential vendors I have ever worked with that actually does what it says it's going to do. Arriving on time while keeping me updated was surprising enough, but when the technician went over and above to do his job with such skill all while working in the hot sun (!), I was totally impressed. I never take the time to write reviews, but just had to say something about this wonderful company.

Our technician was Robert Telles. He was very accommodating. Due to a scheduling conflict on our part, he agreed to work outside the house first then return hours later to finish up inside our house. He was thorough and knowledgeable; and answered all our questions about the process.
