The Associate that came to the house was great, professional ontime/early which was great call ahead of time ect.... my disappointment and what i probably would have not gone ahead with program if i knew before i paid was that you wouldn't block the potential entry ways for rodents to get in everything was excluded and that was the real draw for me was prevention. basically paying 700 to set traps.

The gentleman came & sprayed, but he didn’t sweep any cobwebs down or check in with me at the door so I don’t know if he got the outside of the garage or the stairwell leading to my cellar - all things that Structural used to do. The customer service is not at the same level.

I've used Lloyd's since my old company Snyder's retired and sold their business to them. I've always found the technicians to be friendly, responsive, and professional. They always ask if I've had any particular problem, and are willing to tackle the few that I've had over the years. And yes, I HAVE recommended Lloyd's to others, but personally and on-line.

We were being invaded by ants so we called LLoyd Pest Control and they came out the next morning and even by that afternoon, I saw no more ants. They are very good at this as we had them some years ago and we got the same service so I saved their contact information and I am glad I did.

This review is from the last three times your technicians were out her. I kept asking for reviews to be e-mailed to me to let you know how they did, and never got them. So this review is for all three of them. Please make sure that they receive their gift cards. They are Carlos, who did my termite treatment in the attic, Merle, who came over and did a re-check, and then yesterday Crystal came to help me get rid of the flying ants. They were all very willing to do what ever was necessary, along with thoughtful, friendly, and efficient. Don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.

Too soon to tell, since it was just sprayed. I Got a call from tech that he was going to the house, which was a nice heads up. One and only issue I have is my backyard gate was left wide open when I got home. I'm sure it was a honest mistake, but if they can make sure it closes that would be great. Other than that I'm glad to have this service. Thank you.

I am no expert in pest control or pest control companies. But I know that I appreciate a company who sends representatives who get the job done in an intelligent manner, and who can be intelligently flexible.

This has been our experience with Lloyd Pest Control's people. We haven't had any little critter problem since we've used them, Mitch takes care to know when the vacation property will be used so he doesn't spray when kids will be about, and the office people are always polite and never rushed like some companies.

We've just sold our place but will certainly recommend Lloyd's to the new owners.
