Belle Cow was outstanding! Ronnie was professional, prompt and paid attention to detail. He went above and beyond providing a personal touch assuring that you couldn’t even see where we had repaired the walls! Highly recommend!
Very professional, excellent service and very satisfied with the results. Would definitely use their services again.
We're very happy with the repair to our patio door. Ronnie came as promised, shortly after 8 AM, made the repairs, explained exactly what he did, and then cleaned up after himself. Plus, he was very polite, to my wife and myself.
I have a 28 year old inter therm furnace and have had four different companies come look at it and could not solve the problem . I then went on Find it Duke and was put in contact with Bell Cow HVAC out of Fayetteville NC and they sent a guy out here named Logan with 12 or 14 years of experience and he had it going in no time and it is running great now .If you need a great HVAC company then you need to contact Bell Cow , they are great people to work with .
I had some work done due to termite damage. Bell Cow’s employee (Josh) did an excellent job. I would use this company again.

The technician diagnosed the problem effectively; however, we were told it would be 4-6 weeks and around $900 for the blower motor replacement and that they were not covered under warranty. We found another company who order the parts under our warranty, received them the next day, and came out and replaced them the following day in about an hour. They charged $250. Needless to say, besides the diagnosis, we had a terrible experience.

The job was scheduled and accomplished in fine fashion. Minor installation problems were handled professionally and quickly. The only reason I did not give you the fifth star was that I had to crawl up in the attic and get the model and serial numbers for the inside unit which involved a ladder etc. From a customer standpoint it would be better if the model and serial numbers for the installation were noted as the units were installed.

Very prompt--even earlier than they said, and very thorough. Appreciated willingness to go through options and not simply go with the most expensive. Was rather disappointment though about lackadaisical face covering (mask sometimes under nose or chin) and lack of shoe covering (left dirt marks on our carpet). Other than that, would like to stay with this service.

The guys were very good at getting here being clean and quick. We did not get any real instruction on how to use the machine. I wish they could have spent a little time explaining. Also, they needed to take a door off to get machine in and did not put it back on. It was a quote of $650 for them to arrange to put it back on (molding and door) Seems way steep for a job like that. Also did not have the bottom mount for the thermostat with them. I understand this was a home warranty job, however it was still a lot of out of pocket $ for us...Overall, was a good job, just a little unhappy with the door thing :(.

I would recommend Bell Cow HVAC to anyone needing good quality service at an affordable price. I have a busted backflow device that had frozen over and leaking. Bell Cow came out and assessed the situation, explained it to me and provided an estimate same day. Two days later, my backflow device was replaced by a competent professional who explained the operation and maintenance. He also took care of the certification with the water company. It was a breath of fresh air to a company so easy to work.
