Called 772-692-1611 twice, once on July 14 spoke to Tim, and July 16 spoke to Debbie both said, Kevin will call us back.... We still have not received a call, a text, e-mail or any acknowledgment about our concern... While next door neighbor had Terminex Steven Bellis said we have holes in the attic, but because we got the family VIP PLATINUM, you assured us that was all taken care of.... We be calling 800-226-6536 on Monday July 25.
