the person came to my rental property with the smell of alcohol on his breath. He placed 7 or 8 rat traps in about 15mins and said it was not necessary to seal any holes at this time b/c "we need to wait and see how many rats eat the poison". This still doesn't make sense to me. Hopefully, the next two visits will be better.
