Service was set up for 1:30 pm and I reconfirmed at 9 am day of. Got a call from Proven Pest staff indicating driver would be 15-20 minutes late. He actually showed up at 2:26 pm. He did call prior and said was sorry going to be late. This made me late for another appt. I had booked! Actual application inside and outside was smooth.

Proven Pest has shown themselves to be a reliable and efficient company. Before I was able to find my home, I had two mistrials. Specifically, I had contracted two different homes and each one failed to meet expectations for me to follow through and purchase. However, at each house Proven Pest had showed up on time to do a complete examination of the houses. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain their findings. Thank goodness I finally found my house, but if I had to do it again, I'd choose Proven Pest Mgmt INC.
