Excellent service. We continue to have ants in the kitchen window. The team could not come in the house due to us having COVID-19. We have tested negative since then so hopefully they can return.

This review reflects both the in home service and the in office experience. In home I had more options with my previous company tho I left them for the exact next reason. I asked for my time to be after 3 on 2 previous occasions. We also asked to be called a week b4 to be prepared...this isn't happening. 3xs we've heard it's the call center. There will not be another chance going fwd. Hopefully this problem gets under control or I'll be looking for another company again.
