About This Business

Our goal is to provide environmentally-friendly pest control in a setting that is large enough to serve all pest control needs while offering personal service. Michael Ryan took over the business in 1996. When Michael hired Scott Harding, he became his business partner. Soon, Scott"s wife, Maria, joined the team as the customer service and routing lead. Later, Michael"s wife, Laska, joined the team to help manage public relations, marketing, sales support, and human resources. Michael and Laska"s son, Andrew, graduates college in 2019 and endeavors to take the helm someday -- which has been his goal since middle-school when he asked for business cards in his name!

Second, it was easy to set up an appointment for a visit for a quote. Third, the technician who came to the house, Ryan Grimes, was a few minutes early, not late or a no show like past experiences I had with my past provider, he was knowledgeable, professional and thorough. My first impression is very positive.
