Somewhat dissatisfied in that it appears that Home Paramount is having a difficult time maintaining good service employees. We have not been able to have a consistent reliable service technician for quite some time. I hope that we can be assigned a good reliable tech sometime soon. If not, we will need to start looking for a new company to provide pest control services.

When I went out to look at the termite things I found that several were not ground level. So easy to trip on. I called and some one will come out to check. The bug man sprayed over the windows and the chemical dripped down on the windows.

Maybe I had the wrong impression. I felt that he was unhappy that he had not been told that I had 2 yellow jacket nests. When I showed him the nest on the dock he said that he couldn't do anything because of the water. I asked him if he knew who I could get to kill them. He said "No". Later that day I went back to check the nests.
He had sprayed some while stuff on both of the nest sites. Both nests were, and still are active.
I called customer Service, They explained that getting rid of the nests is not part of the regular service. It will cost an extra $225.00 to get rid of them. I've always been satisfied with your service. I just wish that either customer service or the man who came out had taken the time to explain this to me. I am a 76 year old woman. All I ask is that Senior citizens be treated with some consideration and patience. Watching ourselves grow older is not fun for us either.

It was a constant struggle to get the mosquitoe service, or reservists when needed, in a timely manner and to get sufficient coverage of our yard. Their regular home service was okay - if you got a good technician. Their termite service is okay. We also got a dehumidifier installed in our basement that works wonderfully.
