There are times I do not get a head up when the service will be.Automated calls are coming as potential spam and I ignore spams. I presume U an still going to be charged the full rate in spite of no inside spraying done at this time. Not the techs fault but not fair, he's doing fine.

I am not happy with the service. I asked if he was going to spray underneath my home because that is what i was told on the phone and I believe that is where the bugs are coming from the previous home that was on that lot had a bad problem. He said no that the operators don't know what they are talking about when they told me that. He put this stuff in my cabinet doors and said that this will kill the bugs. I don't know how that is possible when all that is doing is falling out into the my counters and on the floor and inside the cabinets where my pots and pans and food is. I have to keep cleaning it up. I think that they just took my money. I am going to have to look for another company.

I was disappointed with Tom’s customer service. He was in and out of the house very fast and then went outside and whatever and left without coming back in to tell me what he had done. I called him and he apologized but did not offer to return. We then went away for the Memorial Day weekend to return on Monday to a sink full of ants. The sink was just black with them. I got out the Steme spray I had been using and killed them all and treated the area around the sink and since then have seen no more there however there is activity in both bathrooms and both bedrooms.

Some progress in eradicating the fruit flies, however, many remain, and are terribly annoying. The tech rep on had 6 pads in his truck that were applied to some of the windows. I suspect we could have used double the amount of pads. The fruit flies have made their way to the bathrooms as well. We end up smushing a few of them with a hand towel but can’t catch them all.

Somewhat dissatisfied in that it appears that Home Paramount is having a difficult time maintaining good service employees. We have not been able to have a consistent reliable service technician for quite some time. I hope that we can be assigned a good reliable tech sometime soon. If not, we will need to start looking for a new company to provide pest control services.

When I went out to look at the termite things I found that several were not ground level. So easy to trip on. I called and some one will come out to check. The bug man sprayed over the windows and the chemical dripped down on the windows.
