I am happy with the service. The technician arrived within the appointment time, explained what the treatment is designed to do and where it would be applied. Affected exterior areas were treated including under the siding and interior window seals. The majority of bugs have been killed but noticed a few still remain. May require a follow-up treatment.

I am more than pleased with the service that I've received so far. Tucker was super nice, and he explained everything he was doing. I appreciate transparency. When I found a trap in the backyard, I knew one of my fur babies had moved it. I think it was Julie that I spoke to when I called in. She insisted that I allow Ticket to come back out and make sure that my pup hadn't gotten into the poison (he didn't), and then discuss a new placement of the trap. Things must be working because my other pup is doing less monitoring for "micro squirrels." Thanks folks!!@.
