Kevin was on time and did his job. Only problem was that this service was first scheduled for the day had snowed and I was not informed that he wouldn't be coming that day although I wasn't suprised.
I called him the day after and we rescheduled.

Perfect customer service. No mosquitos, fleas or ticks this Summer thanks to Paramount's outdoor prevention service. Indoor service is great also. Another great service they offer is treatment is to keep mice controlled especiall in the fall when mice seek wamth. No mice in our house thanks to Paramount. Happy critter free home. Highly recommend their services.

Tried not to let me get off phone when I wanted to talk to my wife about cost. They said they would follow up in a week if didn't hear back from me. One hour later I get a call from a Paramount tech that asked me about bees which was not a problem I was having. Two more missed calls from them with no voice mail in the next few hours after that. The inspector that was supposed to be out on the first visit didn't come and pest control tech said he could get me scheduled two days later on the weekend. I called the office and they stated they called and talked to me to reschedule but that had never happened. Only good thing was that Shane was very helpful, courteous, and seemed very knowledgeable.
