Very nice rep good job.
Super happy with the service and results we received. They have been very responsive and we had been really frustrated by ants and had to call a few times to retreat. They explained what I should be doing and what I shouldn’t be doing (treating with my own sprays). They encouraged me to be patient and their treatment would work….and it did.

Had them come out to my house to look into starting reoccurring service with them. I was told by the employee that did the inspection that I would receive in email from the lady in the office that I have to sign before they are allowed to start service.
I waited several days and even contacted them 2 more times to tell them. I never received the email. The first time, They said they would send it, and that they were having computer problems. I waited again and never received it. Then the second time I asked, I just got no replies back even though I told them in the messageif I don't receive the email, I would be forced to seek service elsewhere. Never heard back.

Things seem better but cats are still suffering. We’ve vacuumed like crazy. Will give cats flea meds for the month on Thursday 7/24. I’m praying this second flea treatment will work.
