I"ve had Nozzle Nolen as my pest control company for years. I love that my technician Jess is always there on time during my regular visits and also there if I may need something in between service dates. She"s always calling me the day before she comes out& also making sure everything is going good on the inside as well. She does a wonderful job outside that when she asks if everything is okay on the inside? The answer is always Yes because the outside is taking care of so well I"m bug free inside. I couldn"t ask for a better person to take care of my home then Jess does. Also Nozzle Nolen is a amazing company with wonderful customer service as well. Side note Jess is always doing a little extra. She has brought boxes into my garage that were delivered when I"m out of town she will call me and ask Adam would you like me to move your boxes inside the garage for you?. I always say yes and very thankful that she doesn"t just leave it out to be seen or worse taken. She has my garage code because I trust her 100%. I can"t say enough about her and Nozzle Nolen. But she is the best!!!. Super friendly and always has a smile. Bug free and a very happy customer. Thank you Jess and thank you Nozzle!.

Nozzle Nolen is the best pest control company out there. My tect is Jessica and she is amazing. She always calls me the night before service so I will know she is coming out and she always goes above and beyond for me. Not only does she take care of my pest control she will help bring up my trash can's if it's still outside when she's there& also brings my packages to me so they don't get left out in the rain. she is a fun person to talk to& always has a smile on her face no matter what. She has also changed my AC filters when I've asked because of a bad back. Goes inside my attic when needed check to make sure everything looks good. There is never a No is any request I might have that day. She really stand's out and like I said I'm so happy to have Jessica as my tect and also Nozzle Nolen as my PC company. I can't say enough about her!!. A true super star and I wanted to write this review so everyone can read it and know if you have Jessica as your tect you will Never have to worry about anything. She is on it always. Also super kind and funny. great tect and a great company to have looking after my home. Plus it's sometimes the small thing that go a long way. Like my trash can or AC filters etc.. This look's like a book now. So I'll just say Jessica is the best ever and Love Nozzle Nolen!!!!.

Outstanding service.
A technician by the name Loxley came to service my house as I had an ant problem. He was so professional and polite. He did a thorough inspection of the house and treated many areas where he thought the ants were coming from. He even moved the refrigerator and treated that area. I can’t say enough positive things about this man. He’s a wonderful employee!

Service person did not do service. I was at home their truck was barked on opposite side of street .
No knock on my door my dogs did not even bark. Got service statement saying front yard was treated .then I get another $78 bill.
There was no note on my door nor something stuck in my yard to say treated.
I still have roaches in my house
