Pest issues are not always a single home issue but more often than not, a neighborhood issue. We work hard in neighborhoods and communities to keep pest pressures down and you and your environment safe and free of pests. Using Truly Nolan as a Corporate account has given us a clear display of their inability to communicate between their National Department and Local Offices. They also either continue to hire people who don't care about the impact they have or fail to properly educate their employees on how important it is to listen to their clients' concerns. Thank you Truly Nolan for being a cause to us having a huge rat infestation and wasting over a thousand dollars on treatment plans that had zero impact.
