We passed the tech on our way out of the development. Returning several hours later we could see he'd been here and assumed he did his usual great job.

We weren't expecting him so things on the deck (including cat food/water) were not moved out of his way. Again, we assume he did the right thing. We also like to have the interior done.

There is no Loyalty Program.
I have been with Home Paramount since 2014 and when I wanted carpenter bees added to my existing carpenter ants contract they said a whole new contract was needed with a one time charge of $200+ No different than a new customer would pay. That policy is wrong and does nothing to retain customers. A more reasonable one time charge to loyal customers should have been applied to a contract modification.
