Love how easy it was to make an appointment (a real person actually answered the phone on the first call) and then the application guy for the pre-emergent treatment showed up on time, was super friendly and informative about keeping the dog in for two hours until dry.

Carter always provides great service! The tech always comes to my door to let me know they are there to spray and asks if I have any questions or concerns. They provide fast, reliable service. I've used them for over 5 years with only one incident of them having to come back and retreat and that was due to us actually getting quite a bit of rain right after they had treated my place. Highly recommend them.

Not too pleased this time. It took 3-4 weeks for the weeks to die...and it's only been a little over 4 weeks ago (Dec 15) that you sprayed. We've had no rain during those 4 weeks...and I don't have a watering system, and now I have new weeds popping up along the fence line and around the pool deck... so....

Thank you so much for reaching out. This time of year, when we get cold overnight temperatures it does slow the material down, causing weeds to be slower to die in the winter months. In terms of regrowth, there is always a 6 month warranty on the service, so please feel free to reach out to set up a follow up, I have left a message. It does look like prior to this service we haven't been out since 2024. It is helpful to maintain a 6 month schedule, because the pre-emergent is intended to be preventative.

The fella was very friendly and informative. He sprayed very accurately and left no mess behind. The weeds lower to the ground are slowly dying off as the bigger ones might need to be sprayed again. Overall, it's been a good experience. I would highly recommend Carter to my friends and family.

I apologize to that you have been dissatisfied with the weed control service. We have a warranty policy that covers weed activity for 6 months, and are happy to come out and retreat anytime you have an issue. There are so many things that factor into early weed regrowth, but we stand behind our service always, just give us a call and we will send someone out to do a retreat. Thank you for your continued business, and we look forward to rectifying this situation.

The folks at Carter Weed & Pest Control are excellent! I moved to Apache Junction 2.5 years ago and I guess because it's a more rural area, I noticed way more insects (including scorpions!!) than anywhere else I've lived the valley. I had lots of questions before signing up for services and Jen took the time to make sure all my questions were answered. A technician comes out every other month (6 times a year) and sprays inside and outside. I noticed a difference immediately after their first visit, but the technician told me if I still noticed any insects after they sprayed to give them a call & they would come out & spray again. Fortunately, I didn't have to take them up on the offer but I was glad to know I could call if needed. The technicians that have come to my house are friendly and professional. I am very happy with the services I receive from Carter Weed & Pest & highly recommend them! You won't be disappointed!
