We had a potential bed bug problem in one of our units. We called Innovative and they came out the next day to inspect the unit for bed bugs. They did not find any. They determined that one of the tenants worked for a dry cleaning company, which according to the inspector, is a high risk industry for the potential infection of the unit. The tenants were noticed accordingly which should encourage them to be very diligent when taking precautionary steps to be sure that the don't introduce bed bugs into their unit.
