The Technicians were on time, very professional, and friendly. Since I was a first time customer, and new to the State, they spent time explaining to me what they would do and why. They patiently answered all my questions and from what I could tell, effectively did the service. I really like that the chemicals are "all natural" minimizing the negative impact on people and pets I also really like that the service only needs to be performed annually, again minimizing the potential negative impact on people and pets. Scheduling the appointment was also efficient and the Rep was very polite, professional and very friendly. I am happy to have found this company.
