To whom it may concern,

I am confused. Monday,Oct.3 was my scheduled appointment,
4-6pm. I waited for the technician to ring the bell & let me know that he was here to spray outside of the house. That didn't happen. The only way that I found out was by the work order that came by email.
I'm concerned that the spraying was done on a rainy day with 15 mph winds. In fact that weekend it had rained on & off. How can the solution be effectively laid down in such conditions?
